SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES
We offer one method of delivery of Goods to you, which is via courier. All Orders are processed within 2-7 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free delivery for all orders above the value of R1 000,00 and a flat rate of R59,00 for all Orders below the value of R1 000,00.
We deliver using reliable courier Services which are outsourced. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse. Estimated delivery time across South Africa is entirely based on the location of the delivery address and may take up to 10 working days.
DELAYED DELIVERY
If your order has taken longer than 10 working days and you have not received any communication about an issue with your order, please email us at customercare@inscenticated.store with your order number for assistance.
DAMAGED GOODS
Damaged goods may be returned within a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase, provided they meet the criteria outlined below.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified conditions or fall outside the designated timeframe.
Criteria for Acceptance of Damaged Goods:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
